I understand and agree to the following: Charge Up Tech does not hold my company or business financially accountable for thefts, an excess amount may result in removal or reduction of stock in your store.*

I understand and agree to the following: Charge Up Tech is the owner of all of their products and these products can be reclaimed at any time unless these have been purchased in advanced.*

I understand and agree to the following: I am in the position to make this agreement for my company or business.*

I understand and agree to the following: Retail partners will receive 50% of the gross sales of all products sold.*

I understand and agree to the following: Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis.*

I understand and agree to the following: Charge Up Tech will supply and price all products as needed for stores within the Mid North Coast region.*

I understand and agree to the following: For stores outside the Mid North Coast, restocking responsibilities lie with store staff after initial delivery. Pricing will still be determined by Charge Up Tech.*

I understand and agree to the following: Pricing may be determined by the retail partner only when purchased in advanced.*

I understand and agree to the following: Retail partners are provided with high-quality display stands at no additional cost.*

I understand and agree to the following: Partners who prefer using their own stands must ensure they meet display requirements for optimal product presentation. Products must be displayed neatly and in plain sight.*

I understand and agree to the following: Charge Up Tech reserves the right to set pricing for all products. Partners are expected to adhere to the recommended retail pricing to maintain consistency.*

I understand and agree to the following: International partners must pay 50% of the product value upfront for the initial setup.*

I understand and agree to the following: For stores within the Mid North Coast, setup and maintenance of display stands will be handled by Charge Up Tech.*

I understand and agree to the following: Stores outside the Mid North Coast region are responsible for setting up and maintaining their displays.*

I understand and agree to the following: Damaged or defective products can be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. If returned by a customer a replacement device should be provided to the customer as soon as possible. This will not be at the retail partner's expense.*

I understand and agree to the following: Partners must notify Charge Up Tech immediately in the case of damaged goods.*

I understand and agree to the following: Either party may terminate the partnership at any point, outstanding balance must be paid within 1 month.*

I understand and agree to the following: Upon termination, all unsold products and display stands must be returned to Charge Up Tech or purchased at agreed-upon rates.*

I understand and agree to the following: Retail partners are encouraged to use the marketing materials provided by Charge Up Tech to promote products. Unauthorized use of Charge Up Tech branding or materials is prohibited*

I understand and agree to the following: Retail partners are responsible for maintaining an adequate level of security for stocked items.*

I understand and agree to the following: Charge Up Tech reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of changes in writing.*
